Walkway Draining
Sometimes water just wants to cozy up next to your foundation, like in this home in Northwest Washington DC. In many cases, the neighbor’s yard is the culprit because their grading is higher than your yard. To address this issue, we installed EZ flow drains to carry the water away from the home, and then covered the area with a path that looked beautiful and kept the owner’s feet (and his dog’s paws) dry.
